Is it something to do with heat shock proteins and hair perchance?

There has been considerable confusion as to the nature of Lash Rejuv. First of all, "Lash" refers to the stinging blow administered by a bullwhip, and not the follicular extrusions of the human eyelid. Lash rejuvenation is the regrowth of healthy skin, by means of a healing lotion, after a whipping. The lotion was developed in Singapore, where various minor offenses - public expectoration, improper parallel parking, and failure to cover a sneeze - are punishable by public flogging. What Lash Rejuv does is to stop the formation of ugly scar tissue, instead using a nanotech culture that causes stem cells to differentiate into dermal cells in the wound area. It also determines the average melanocyte count in surrounding skin and then fosters melanocyte production in proper proportion, allowing a nearly perfect pigmentation matching.

Should this lotion be applied directly to the whip for better effect? Have there be any peer reviewed studies on this fascinating subject?
